Prophet of God Needed

Introduction

Joel 2 verse 28; says; it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Beloved of God, there is a cry in this generation; —
A cry for voices that will not echo the noise of Politics; Politicians or the compromised activities of the world.
But will thunder the word of the Almighty!

The world has many orators, but very few prophets.
Many mouths speak, but very few hear from Heaven.
The true question is not, “Do you desire a title?” but rather, “Do you desire the burden of the Lord?”

Today, I speak to you passionately about how to be a prophet of God. Not just a man or woman with words, but a vessel, a trumpet, a flame burning for His glory!

Part One

The Call of the Prophet

God does not call prophets from the crowd for decoration. He calls them from the furnace of separation.

“Before I formed you in the belly I knew you; and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations.” – Jeremiah 1:5

Imagine Jeremiah trembling before the Lord:

Jeremiah: “Ah Lord GOD! Behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child!”

God: “Say not, I am a child… I have put My words in thy mouth.”

The first step to becoming a prophet is not eloquence, but divine encounter. You must first hear God before you can declare Him.

1^st Samuel 3 verse 10; says; the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for your servant hears.

Part Two

The Furnace of Preparation

Prophets are not made on pulpits; — they are forged in secret places.

Moses was forty years in Pharaoh’s palace, then forty years in the wilderness, before God said, “Now, go to Pharaoh.”

Elijah appeared suddenly before Ahab, but his preparation was in the hidden brook of Cherith, where God fed him with ravens.

Imagine Elijah’s dialogue in the wilderness:

Elijah (hungry and weary): “Lord, why this isolation? Why this dryness?”

God (soft voice): “Son, if you cannot trust Me in secret, you cannot represent Me in public.”

To be a prophet, you must:

Embrace loneliness.
Endure rejection.
Value God’s whisper more than men’s applause.

Part Three

The Burden of the Lord

Prophets do not just speak; they carry burdens.

Jeremiah wept rivers for Israel.
Ezekiel lay on his side for days as a sign to the nation.
Hosea married a harlot to demonstrate God’s love.

Dialogue of a prophet’s heart:

Prophet: “Lord, why do I feel the pain of a people who don’t even listen?”

God: “Because you carry My heart. You cannot prophesy without compassion.”

The true prophet bleeds with God’s emotions. His tears are Heaven’s language on earth.

Part Four

The Fear of the Lord

To be a prophet of God, you must fear no man, but tremble at the voice of the Almighty.

Nathan looked King David in the eyes and declared, “Thou art the man!”
Elijah stood before Ahab and declared drought.
John the Baptist rebuked Herod in his palace.

The prophet does not seek popularity. The prophet seeks truth.

But many prophets in this nation today are just like politicians and contents creators who are after popularity and worldly prosperity.

Part Five

The Voice and the Fire

Beloved, prophets are not echo chambers. They are trumpets of clarity.

A prophet hears God in the secret place.
A prophet declares God in the public square.
A prophet carries the fire of purity and holiness.
A prophet is not double tongue – speaking for political parties and politicians.
A prophet speaks only for the Righteous God and for the well being of the nation.

When Isaiah cried, “Woe is me, for I am undone,” the seraph touched his lips with a live coal.
Only purified lips can declare a pure message.

Conclusion

So, how do you become a prophet of God?

Encounter His presence.
Submit to His preparation.
Carry His burden.
Walk in His fear.
Speak His word with fire.

Beloved, the world does not need more celebrities.
The Church does not need more entertainers.
Heaven cries out for men and women who will say:

“Here am I, send me!”

May you rise as a prophet in your generation.
May your lips burn with truth.
May your heart carry God’s burden.
And may your voice shake nations with the Word of the Lord!
